It is not often that we get the same service in return from other companies offering their service to us. The first aid training course exceeded our greatest expectations. All of this was due to your facilitator with her incredible knowledge, experience and gift of teaching. She had all our students at the edge of their chairs and held down their attention with her great sense of humor, her rich first hand medical experiences and the passion for her subject. What amazes us most was her ability to reach all the students and make her subject come alive, from the floor sweeper to the lodge manager so that all would have a clear understanding of things explained.
