Skills Development & BEE
Skills Development legislation requires that businesses contribute 1% of their payroll to the Skills Development Levy. For businesses to comply with this legislation and be able to provide training opportunities to employees through this legislation, it is the responsibility of businesses to plan, implement and monitor skills development processes and requirements. Businesses do not necessarily have the human resource expertise and understanding of the processes and requirements. Our SDL partner provides this service in consultation with the business throughout the process.
Through our BEE Development Partner, we offer medium and large corporate businesses an opportunity to use their BEE Spend (Corporate Social Investment, Enterprise Development and/or Employment Tax Incentive) in the form of bursaries to develop historically disadvantaged youth around entrepreneurship. We will show you how you can Channel funds into projects that add value to your organisation; and earn points on your scorecard. Make annual compulsory taxes and levies work for you.
Labour Law
